Just read all of Sleepless Domain in like, a week (as Maus can attest I’m sure) and… Okay so I love this comic on the whole, the gay girls, the girls gay.  but it’s also really really nice to see Zoe so well received. Like, for one thing, when she’s introduced we don’t even find out she’s trans until idk a few chapters later? So we (the audience) had a chance to form our own perception of her without any preconceptions being annoying, which is really neat! And then, I assumed that she’d at most be like, a bit character to flesh out the world and maybe be in one hot every 5 chapters. But she kept getting screentime? She had entire scenes mostly just for her and whatever’s going on in her life? She’s rated the third most popular character in the comic? She’s THE most popular character?? What???? And she’s really cool! Like she’s super scared but she’s doing her best! And, I like how the creators said like, “We are going to make a trans girl and have her act more feminine than idk half the cast.” She’s very sweet and polite and bails her friends out of trouble even though she’s scared… and when we find out she had the Dream like a few months ago it’s like well no wonder she’s so anxious!! Girlie has a lot going on that she’s had to adjust to in a hurry!! Anyway she’s really cool and I like this character a normal amount thank you thank you
